Chakras

What are Chakras?

The word chakra means disk, vortex, or wheel. Chakras are swirling energy stations positioned at one of seven points, from the base of your spine to the top of your head. They are called from the bottom up: the root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra and crown chakra. Chakras spiral above and within the body, interacting with energies that surround it.

Chakras that are balanced and fully open translate into enhanced individual physiological and psychological experiences. From a physiological perspective, Chakras surround the organs in their proximity with their energies greatly influencing the health of those organs located in their field.  Any imbalances or blockages in the chakra’s energies could lead to the onset of a disease, physical dysfunction or mental issue. From a psychological perspective, chakras regulate and influence your personality. It’s believed that every important or emotionally significant event you have experienced is energetically coded in your chakras.  An energetically blocked chakra once released and opened will allow your life to unfold as per the guidance encoded within each chakra.

Two important processes occur when you open your chakras.  The first is that the crystal energy work will address any unresolved emotional and mental issues.  For example an individual with a partially open solar plexus chakra may be more fearful or less self-confident and so experiencing anxiety issues.  These negative extremes of the emotional issues (fear and self-confidence) are a major influence in the development in health related issues, disease or physical dysfunctions within the organs surrounding the chakra. But crystal energy work will fully open up your chakras and bring about improvements at the psychological level. In other words, your personality will change and the individual in our example would become less fearful and more self-confident.

In the second process occurs after you’ve balanced and fully opened those chakras and addressed those negative emotional extremes.  You will prevent illnesses from occurring and help heal any illnesses that have manifested and bring about improvements at the physiological level. Balancing and fully opening all of your chakras results in a better quality from both a physiological and psychological perspective.
